There was a software consultant named Tim Berners-Lee who presented a proposal to CERN (European Organization for Nuclear Research) on March 13, 1989. The proposal is about how to trace well the continuous stream of information through the utilization of disseminated hypertext system. Through this influential document, Berners-Lee outlined the starting notion of the linked system of information that is popularly familiar to us as World Wide Web. However, it was some years prior to the popularized concept of marketable web browsing made by Netscape. The phase had been delayed at CERN, for the idea of hypertext documents directed to the construction of HTML which is the average base language still employed up to recent in order to form documents online.
