Microsoft Reveals Controller Prototype for Xbox 360

image Just recently, Microsoft launched a camera model which can be employed as controller for Xbox 360. This is called “Project Natal”, this camera abolishes the necessity for handheld input equipment rather the gizmo is capable of tracing the gamers’ complete body movement and determine their voice and face, scan images of true products and react to vocal and physical commands.

Microsoft unveiled also 10 elite latest games as well as a number of accompaniments to Xbox Live internet service during their flamboyant Electronic Entertainment Expo conference at the University of Southern California Galen Center.

Cutbacks in Microsoft Affected Several Products

There was another layoff that occurred in Microsoft last May 5, 2009. The company is trimming although not entirely eradicating a number of merchandises. Subsequent to the previous cut down of 1,400 careers this past January, Microsoft had another cut down this Tuesday with over 3,000 positions.

Products that have been affected with the layoffs count in MSN Direct Service, .Net Micro Framework and Microsoft’s ResponsePoint communication system.  According to the company they will carry on trading and sustaining the primary edition of ResponsePoint targeted at minor industries.

Aside from that they will keep on advertising the merchandise online and focus on well-matched third party services as well as add-on items. Microsoft is assessing the approach for the succeeding edition of the merchandise and will carry on exploring openings in minor industry market.

Windows 7 Provides Several Disabling Options

image In a recent blog post, it revealed that it is not only IE that can be disabled in Windows 7. With the use of Microsoft Windows 7, users will have the option to disable several features of the OS that they select. Testers discovered that consumers of the latest Windows 7 can disable the web browser aside from other attributes that were divisions of the Windows Features. However, it is also mentioned that there are several aspects that cannot be disabled in Windows Vista, but will become available in the ultimate edition of Windows 7. Among the latest options were disabling features such as XPS Viewer, Windows Media Player, Windows Search, Windows Media Center and others.

The Superbar – Windows 7's enhanced taskbar

image Abruptly following Windows Vista launch, initial gossip concerning rigorous labor on a new Operating System surfaced – which was secretly given the codename: Windows Vienna. Considering the flare that Windows Vista prepared in delivering a wholly novel user interface, compared to Windows XP, everyone had the deliberation that next Windows will contain even additional differences and will be totally innovative. Following Windows Vista launch, supposed "primary screenshots of future Operating Systems from Microsoft" surfaced. A greater part of them were fake, a number of them were just prototypes. The community started to consider that Microsoft will completely refurbish User Interface so it will be totally diverse, and a lot of them were stunned when first genuine screenshots struck the Internet. One of the mainly glorified and expected characteristic is Microsoft’s advancement of the Windows taskbar. image
At the moment it is dubbed “The Superbar” and it functions similar to Mac OS.

Microsoft Windows 7

Can you still remember the ancestors of Windows Vista? Not anymore? During my time correct me if I’m wrong it started with MS- DOS 1.0, 2.0, 2.1x, 3.0, 3.1x, then windows 95 came out followed by 98 then the Millennium edition of Windows. Then the NT edition came out including 2000 XP editions that comes with different service packages then Vista. Then now the successor of Vista came which is Windows 7.

From different names such as notebook edition, Blackcomb and Vienna, Microsoft finally decided Windows 7 as the final name of the newly released operating system. I do believe that you are aware on Vistas incompatibility issues. Microsoft rest assured that windows 7 will not inherit those features. I was fund using movie maker and photo gallery of windows before and now it is made better for it has already offered separately free of charge as part of Windows Live Essentials suite. They also redesigned windows shell that has new taskbar. From formerly known as home networking feature of old Windows operating system, HomeGroup is the new name.
